You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device, your App Passcode, and your generated JSON backups. Since Portfolio Pro does not store your data on our servers, we cannot recover lost data, deleted portfolios, or forgotten passphrases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Portfolio Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or financial assets arising out of your use of the application.
